Ledgent Finance & Accounting is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Finance & Accounting Specialist for a temp-to-hire opportunity. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are looking for a pathway to a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily accounting tasks including accounts payable and receivable
  • Assist with month-end close and reconciliations
  • Prepare financial reports and maintain accurate records
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred

Compensation & Benefits
